Job Description

  • Sales & Business Development: Identify new opportunities, approach potential clients, conduct presentations/demos, negotiate deals, and meet sales targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong bonds with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Marketing Execution: Plan and run offline/digital campaigns (social media, email), create promotional materials, and manage brand visibility.
  • Market Intelligence: Research market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform strategy.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Track sales performance, analyze data , and report on progress.
  • Collaboration: Work with product, design, and customer service teams to align efforts. 

Job Requirement

    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Admin, or related field is common.
    • Experience: 1years in sales/marketing, with field/concept selling experience preferred.
    • Skills:
      • Communication: Fluent Nepali & English; excellent presentation, negotiation, networking.
      • Personal: Self-motivated, target-driven, team player, adaptable, able to work under pressure.
    • Logistics: Valid two-wheeler license
    • Knowledge: Understanding of local market (Kathmandu Valley), competitors, and industry trends.
